    some said they bought the phantom pants/lower part, but when i checked it there was nothing. is it limited?

    Yes if it's from weekly special shop, and you're allowed to get only one of each item there. They change every week.

    what i meant was, when it was reset earlier, some said that they bought 1 but when i checked it there was nothing there.
