Donation problem

    I have done a donation from yesterday via Superewards but have not received yet the credits passed 24 hours any support?

    Did your account ballance changed? If not - probably you tried to donate more than 5$ per once, it won't work. It's possible to donate 5$ each.

    Answer my question.
    Did your account ballance has change, or not?
    If yes - you have to contact Superrewards Support, not Gamez.
    If not - try to donate for 5$ each. It should work.

    Contact Superreward Support in that case. If credits won't be added in few more hours. Sometime it takes 24 or even 48 hours.
