Chanter :

Chanters, are perhaps the most versatile class in Aion. Being able to deal good DPS and stuns when needed. While also fulfilling the role of being a healer, with some decent heals.

-Mantras that aides allies in battle
-Chain skills to Stun lock

Manastone choice, is all about what kind of charcter you wish to play.

Personally, I would socket Physical Crit Stones +15 till Crit soft cap ( 440 ) Then socket Attack +5

Enchantment Stones

Best location for items to extract would be Reshanta ( Abyss ) Core. Farm ( Collect ) Elder items and extract them using extraction tool from your local General Good Stores Seller.



Skill Rotation :

Versus. Templars, Chanters, Gladiators, Assassins

Inescapable Judgement I (Stun) --> Soul Crush (Stun) --> Hallow Strike IV --> Infernal Blaze (Stun) --> Binding World
--> Meteor Strike --> Mountain Crash

Versus. Sorcerer's, Spiritmasters, Clerics, Rangers

Inescapable Judgement I (Stun) --> Soul Crush (Stun) --> Hallow Strike IV --> Infernal Blaze (Stun) --> Mountain Crash

If they get a Root on you use Mountain Crash or Inescapable Judgement I to stop from Doing spells.

( If available throw in Divine Curtain or Protective Ward in )
( Try To use Word of Inspiration when Available )

PS. I dont have enough experience vs. Rangers I would like some insight on what skill rotation to use againsnt them.

Buffs:

Perosnally,

Revival Mantra III
Blessing Of Health II
Blessing Of Rock I
Blessing Of Stone I
Invincibilty Mantra I
Enchantment Mantra I or Intensity Mantra II
Promise Of Earth III
Promise Of Wind IV
Rage Spell I ( Not Needed But highly recommended, dont use if you play the role as a cleric in your Party )


Group PvP:

In group pvp, if there is no cleric you obv. play that role
The Buffs for group are as above. And the skill Rotation needed should be the same.

Word Of Quickness I, despite the 10min CD only use when you go agaisnt large groups

Always cast World of Inspirtation the damge Bonus Does make a difference


Versus. Melee Based Classes use Bindling World often

I recommend Chanters to use the Speed mantra.
As we all know , Speed > everything

 

In PvP situations most combat is in flight so speed would be useless unless ur dueling someone.

If you're not using a scroll then it's the best option you have

 

Speed has nothing to do with flight speed two different things.
Since flight is where everything happens you would be better off with flight speed scrolls suchh as..

But, dont get me wrong speed is good but what would speed have to do with " flight " speed? Thats why chanters have speed and flight speed spells

Im a ranger lvl 50, with full gears +10longbow , etc..etc.. and chanters = My nightmare xD (probably cus i suck when i play against them)

It's Asmo Chanter's version of Elyos's Inescapable Judgement..

 

Yeah sorry, i got it mixed up the skill is called

Soul Crush

 

Try to use Focused Evasion when the time is counting down. It can help u avoid Inescapeable judgement > then do what rangers should do

Interesting combos you have there Slayra. How much downtime do you have until you can initiate the next rotation before Binding word runs off?

Also, you might wanna add Stilling Word in your guide. Although it has a 1 hour cooldown and requires 4k DP, it is basically an "I win" button against a party of enemies.
