Lumiel Resuraction

Low population of Lumiel server that is going even more down day by day is hard problem to solve for sure. Ideas that can fix this problem are few and poor. Nothing that can guarantee its growth, but still there are some that worth a try.
1. Make Lumiel Stigma Tree server instead of full stigma, this can attract some serious pvp-ers who want to test quality of their skill timing, not their numbers.

2. Someone on top - AM, Admin or anyone that they can trust should talk to those people. In "those people" I mean the ones who moved to Siel not minding the high ping but were flattered by the idea of playing with lots of people. I know tons of guys like this. They want to play on low ping server for sure but they wont move back 1 by 1. Here is needed leader who can talk to all those people and they can come back as a GROUP not as an individuals.

3. Returnee rewards. To give them BL weapon or even Prov would be tricky since it will be easy to abuse. Those people who decide to come back can get 1 month VIP membership for free. Free name change ticket + Plastic Surgery ticket, nevermind the fact weather they need it or no.
Note: Make sure to disable cross server VIP functions, this way people wont be able to make fake transfer in order to get free VIP on their main chars. (VIP that will work only on Lumiel. Idk how it works now tbh ).
4. Reason why you should come to Lumiel ? You will have honor to play with god of war Outplay

Great additional ideas that I got from players so far:
1. Voting Yes/No Feature so people could see visual chart/numbers that there are actually decent amount of people willing to transfer from siel to lumiel.
2. Unique PVP/PVE events that will take place only on Lumiel server to encourage its population growth.

Well i like Lumiel too, even stigma/all stigma since i have 30ms and that is nice But problem is there are mostly PH players which expecting more bigger ping as some ppl say´s to me.
S the server will probably die anyway. In my opinion, try accept switching betwen servers for free, let the players can choose whitout paying the transfer service, thats maybe help the server too. But still i dint think most of the players will do that and lower population is the only one reason why i switched to siel too.

 

What if you and all others who switched server cuz of the same reason all moved back to lumiel ? it will have decent population + low ping. Thats why I say that this issue needs someone who can start the flow and Im sure LOTS of people will come back.

 

Majority of people on Siel are from the phillipines and their ping is better on siel than it is on lumiel. That's why they won't transfer. Their ping will be double on lumiel.

 

Well if u count they will pass all the AP/GP/KILLS in the transfer, maybe. But The transfer still cost credits and if this attempt fail and they want switch back it again cost credits ofc. Yea i think we can go up to 50ppl maybe if we are lucky 60+-, but that depends on players pings ofc, it will be nice to know exactly ping from the Philipine players on lumiel.

its 100% FREE to transfer from Siel to lumiel ) Try to contact to your friends who would love to move to lumiel and ask them to comment here. Lets see how much people wants to move to lumiel

Yea but is free only one side transfer, most of the ppl i know from lumiel didn´t play anymore so, maybe if someone from admins and staff will do some votings/staticstic topic, who wants move, it will be EZ for us to decide

Yes, thats nice idea thank you Would love to see some kind of Voting system open to everyone. Easier to see the results.
I think this transfer idea needs more advertising so more people, even those who are not active on forums could see it.

 

tried playing in lumiel from 260 it went up to 290 (yes i am from PH) if you consider the population in pvp it will still be ok..and transferring to lumiel is 0 credits thats not the story from lumiel to siel tho. overall the two reasons PH players(this may not be all but most of the players i know) plays siel Full stigma and around 50 difference in ping. (will be transferring to lumiel after my kaisi quest :3)

 

solution is simply maybe at last stop hate lumiel like people from siel like for no reason even and maybe help do somthing with this ;-;

On topic, unless they massively advertise lumiel and make a PvP/PvE video event so people would see and "want to join in". It's up to the players making those videos. Just like for BDO's event thread was to drag people to it, its kind of sad that seeing the winning entry was set to Private, so outside people couldnt see it.

Well you guys also have the power to raise your population up. Try to introduce the game/server to your friends. Learn to advertise aswell. Trying to switch some of the players from siel to your server is pretty impossible. Like what others said, siel is mostly consist of filipino players and their ping in lumiel is not decent at all.
