Transfer not working (old character)

Hello everyone from lumiel server
I want to know if I someone has the same issue I got 1 character from Lumiel Originally created from CryztalAION from 2010 and transferred to Lumiel and now I tried how many times to transfer my 7-years old character to SIEL but it doesn't work I followed the procedure very well but still problem the same I created new char and transfer and in just 5-minutes yeah well done transferred that is how fast the transfer for the new char, I want my old char to be transfer here in SIEL since there's a good PEt and title and beside an OLD char of mine I don't like to leave it in Lumiel till the Lumiel server buried on its date time.

what should I do now help help help

If the website says you already have an active transfer, yet your toon has not been transferred, you should leave a PM to @lisveth with your in-game name. If you get the same error message as some other players with the broker items, I am afraid the only way would be if you transferred all your items to Siel from a new toon for now while we are waiting for an admin to investigate this problem. So once it's fixed (hopefully), you can transfer your old character as well along with the items.

 

i allrdy pm to Lisveth and later tried again like 3-4 times to transfer char and it,s showed allrdy active transfer but when i check on site if it,s transfered nothing happened only stoped proces

 

as always the msg from web you have active transfer, and I never run the game as well the same procedure I had done to my newly created char and I leaved the after 15 minutes I check again the character status via web but still the same the 7 years old char nothing happen

I hope they will move our old char to Siel before the due date of Lumiel

lol dont say they don't care, they care because they informed to move before the lumiel server die so it means they don't like to loose our chars that is why they made solution which is to transfer to Siel for free due to the reason Lumiel few players playing around 3 years from now they had made their best to make the Lumiel survive but unfortunately its players choice where they want to play so yeah if you have Old character from lumiel you are welcome to Siel but forget about your GP and rank Start the new beginning at SIEL more Players.

 

They could just have transfered all our accounts over for us, insted of making us do it, with all this problems.

 

they could just have done a sever merge if they did care would had maked it lots easyer for everyone :b

 

Make sure you have 3 boxes (less is even better) with items only, warehouse free of items as well, I kept failing until i moved most of my stuff to alts, the character managed to transfer eventually.

 

bro do your part as a player since the admin made their part don't be lazy

that is can be but don't just think about Lumiel players think also the Siel players, yeah you can easily say that they can merge the server but think the LOGIC why they don't do that?

 

What Destiny said, if it's failing, it's likely because there are too many items.

Check nothing in pets as well, nothing in account WH, in fact nothing in WH is best, no mail, no broker items.

 

I do, but then i have over 10k suplements.
Making a huge problem in the dater it has to transfer.
Just (4cubes full easy to do) (108 items) no stacks

Pet cube is free (empty) al i need is the old char which is with good pet and title that's what i am after, and my char is old so i don't like to loose it

 

I have done my part, A simple copy of the files and transfer them for us is easy for them to do.
but cause they want to save date space they letting us do it. so most inactive players wont have a chance to get the stuff with them, or there characters.
I have alot of stuff to transfer. Already did split it out on alts to transfer them. Nothing more i can do to make the transfer.

if you can manage to create new char and pass some items to a newly created char in order to make your items transferred fast, at-least make it 50% of 108 of your items transfer to new char and try to transfer again, don't carry more items in one char this is one of the cause of delayed / failed transfer

 

I'm not going to Creat a new account just to transfer stuff
I'v already done it easy with 108 items. took less then a min.
but then it came to 16 staks with 1k-250 in each stack.
and it started to act up. cuase it cannot handle the transfer.

 

what i mean is to create new char not to create new account, this is only suggestions in order to transfer your items to Siel, and yeah you've managed already so continue

 

They can just fix there shit now. iv done my party trasfering my stuff. not they can just get the finger out of their asses and work a little to fix this issue.

 

Relax and take it easy as mentioned by @Kessie admin will Investigate this issue and hopefully that it will be solve very soon
