error: Failed to initialize the game

i've moved 5.0 items.pak, i've moved 2 items.pak
1 on folder Data/USA/Items and Data/Items. just move so can copy back again if need it.

 

Is your client 5.3? Would be helpful to see a screenshot of both of your folders.

 

yes, my client is 5.3 , i just finished download it couple hours ago

5.0 itempak will not work in your 5.3 client. You must wait until the server updates to 5.3 and get the new itempak which will be released soon.

 

I have deleted the items.pak, so the files on that folder was empty

Sidenote: deleting all files from both folders is not necessary. You will definitely need the original 5.3 itempak later in order to run the game properly after the update without the aforementioned error. @Puddles or I can assist you with that later if you are around, even through TeamViewer if needed.
