gamez launcher problem

need some help here

It is updating your launcher. Does the % not go further? Have you tried running the launcher again as an administrator?

 

As I said, try running it as an administrator, if did not help, re-install your Gamez Launcher and let us know below if it helped.

 

i already try all you said ma'am still the same always restarting i will sent you a video so that you can figure it out

 

Video perhaps is not needed, a picture of your Aion folder should be enough as well as some information where you got your client from. Torrent/NCSOFT, was it clean or not clean download?

 

i think you need 32bit batch.. i have same problem here but im just using this 32bit batch they gave to me

 

It is two in one so people who had to use 32-bit BAT file in the past should still be able to use this new launcher.

 

So did you update it from 5.0 or was it a total 5.3 download?

 

try making the main folder "GamezAION" folder "right click -> properties -> uncheck the Read-Only" then apply to subfolders.

 

i just dload the client from torrent,, by the way what is the official site to dload the launcher?

maybe you need to download the 5.3 version.

 

The launcher is inside the folder downloaded from the torrent. Double click the GamezAion logo

Make sure your GamezAION folder is not read only; "right click -> properties -> uncheck the Read-Only" then apply to subfolders.

Also make sure you run as administrator.

 

je just downloaded the launcher,i made a copy paste in the folder and replace.it works thanks to admins

 

re install laucnher and try to disable anti virus
