Website Issue Cant transfer frim lumiel to siel

Please help i cant transfer my char from lumiel to siel
IGN Chikafusa race Elyos

 

Make sure to transfer character with 3 cubes (Default + Cube 1 + Cube 2). If you have any items on your pet bags, remove everything then try again.

 

but website keep saying "sorry.were curently making player transfer........blu blu..what should i do..i have also charcter on lumiel....please help also

 

Contact @lisveth our HGM, she will reset the process for you.

 

I've been having the same issue since 2 days now. The thing is, i've been told that it's being worked on . And persons getting this error, actually can't even get to the "transfer process" as it happens at the moment you click on transfer on one of your char (while usually the window popping out would be the one saying what you have to do in order to proceed). i'm not in a hurry as long as i can transfer before the server actually gets shut down.

 

Guys and gals I would like to reassure you and let you know that there's no way that we would let you lose your characters or not being able to transfer these on time. My personal panel would be flooded by failed transfer requests at the moment and in fact it is clear, which means that the transfer service is being worked on by our admins. It will need some patience till it gets fixed and we do appreciate this when you do so.
