    hi lemme ask a question about this Rage Spell.. if im not mistaken. Last time i read it, it say decreased the healing skill casting time.. Now, it was INCREASED..

    Rage spell has always increased the casting time of healing spells, increased as in they take longer so instead of 2s for a skill you'll need 2,4s..

    and with always i mean since Aion version 1.5

    Rage Spell is only used when you are doing DPS or you're a dps type chant. It's like sacrificing your casting time to physical attack. I prefer not to use it when doing pvp, I use it on PvE.
