    I'm glad you already solved the problem but there are people with different time zones. We can't be online 24/7.
    Just because no one was online right away after you created the thread and asked for support it doesn't mean we are useless.
    Don't forget the staff members are volunteers. Which means we don't get paid for our jobs and we still do the best in our powers to assist the community as much as we can with any issue.
    I would appreciate more respect. Thank you~
