SIEL CHATACTERS TRANSFER

Hi ,

i tried several time to transfer my character to siel in the past days however it worked only for 1 of my character.
And now i have only this character , i wanna ask you if it's possible to recover at least my main character on which I had bought a pvp weapon and other things.

First of all never ever post details of your account. Always keep in mind that the security of your account is your responsibility. Second, announcements were given in forum and in-game about Lumiel closing, so you should have informed us about your problem sooner. Still, I'll try to inform our HGM about this.

 

As I know everything what stayed on lumiel is lost 4ever so if you didnt finished your transfer before closing then gg

 

Unfortunately, you can't get your items back. Sorry about that.
