    Before you overreact and start accusing staff members, you can start by telling us specifically what happened to your Name Change Ticket.

    I will give you a good reason and "not just cuz I am a GM", if you have received the Name Change Ticket from transferring a character from Lumiel to Siel before its closure, then it seems like your ticket was removed by an admin along with all the other people who got them due to the abuse of the system where players would create multiple Lumiel characters in order to obtain the item for their own benefit.
