What is the current state of the server?

Hi everyone,

Im currently downloading the game - was playing on EU gameforge server but it gone super p2w so I decided to look for other place.
Could you please give me some introduction on how is the server doing in terms of ppl online etc? Is it even possible to enjoy pvp starting today or catching up with others is impossible?

I'm surprise no one answered you yet, so I will.

Servers still has a good numbers of players online. It can reach 100+ players on each side (so 200+ total) at the most active time of the day. It can go down to 30-50 players online on each side to the less active time. All depend when you're going to play.

About PvP, you start with a Special Elite ambassador set, weapon and accessories which is "correct" to start with. But before upgrading it, I would suggest you to earn some AP to buy an arbiter set and weapon from Kaisinel's academy/Marchutan's Priory which is a bit better than SEA. You can keep the starter accesories which are quite good.
You can find boxes all over the current Open World PvP map to help you upgrading your gear with omegas, tempering solution, and other goodies.
I won't say that you'll be the best with these items but Arbiter is still correct to compete with some players.

You can also vote and participate to Batteground in Sanctum/Pandaemonium to earn credits and get better gear from webshop.
