Reinbursments

    So I just starting playing this server recently and I'm getting the impression that people are not reimbursed for things very often such has losing kinah due to not being aware of the kinah limit or maybe just accidentally deleting something. Now kinah is not a big deal but it seems like it would take a very small amount of effort to reimburse someone and before I start donating a bunch of money to this server for gear that's only obtainable via the webshop I just want to get an idea of the staff and how they interact and problem solve. If the staff doesn't have access to logs then I totally understand the lack of reimbursement.

    You are correct, there are things regular Staff have no access to such as webshop logs or server files. Certain issues can only be solved by an Admin or the owner of the server, hence even if we may not be able to help, we always forward those cases to them.

    The side that you generally do not see is scammers trying to get free stuff under the pretext of "losing" it due to one reason or another. Recently quite a few people got gear through real money trade, so that got removed and was not given back for a reason. Then there are people "losing" it by hiding it on another account etc. So yea, if it is justifiable you can get stuff back.

    Yea I perfectly understand
    Oh yea unfortunately there are people like that so I completely understand staff not just jumping to reimburse everyone just because they say they lost something.
