Change password then it spoiled everything bcuz my old email has been blocked bcuz no longger use

Hi GM,
pls help me fix this.
I can log in to my acc before i decided to change my old password to new password.
But shit happened when it sent a verfication thing to my email.
I try to log in to my email but it says my email is no longger used. Means i cannot log in to my email. Can help me change my old email to new email ?
