    I redeemed my kinah from OTE and until now I didn't received it yet. It is about 200-280M. Can anyone solve my problem? Please help me.

    I just tested and it works for me. Did you make sure to select the right character name you want the kinah to go to on the drop down list? Like the highlighted section on this screenshot.

    If not, check the toon that defaults on the drop down list when you redeem your kinah, the kinah could be there.

    I received the 280M kinah yesterday. It is delayed 5mins after I post my concern here in forum. @Fendi Thankyou for your concern same with you @Yue . Thankyou very much.
