This can be droped?

Tiamat Guard's Cipher-Blade< THE BLACK BLADE FROM TIAMANT CAN BE DROPED? SINCE I NEVER SAW NO ONE WITH THIS WEAPON, NOT EVEN BOX IN PVP MAPS GIVE, CAN A AM TELL?

 

i think may be there is..
and there is a big chance that TIAMAT C-BLADE has many same remodels..
for sure tiamats and vasharti are the same remodels.
this is just my idea... and imagination cause of many same remodels of CBlade but different names

I don't want to say the item in question isn't available in game, but I tried more than 100 times (I'm not exaggerating) and couldn't get Tiamat Guard's Cipher-Blade from the following:
Invincible Shabokan
Brigade General Chantra
Adjutant Anuhart
Brigade General Terath

So, there are two options:
1. I might have been unlucky and that's why I couldn't get the Cipher.
2. The item isn't available in game.

 

It does drop just not in TS it drops from tiamat its self from DLR instance


Taimat royal guard drops from them bosses u said @Noyah

 

Terath Orb and Shabokan Tome seems to be disabled, it the boss I always hunt, does not drop a single thing even if I kill it with different characters.

 

Tiamat Guard's drops from the bosses I listed above, just couldn't get the Cipher.

 

Might be like all the other drops not working cos zero tables for them or Carl hasn't added cipher blades to the drops just like not adding ninja remos to web shop for techs aswell and other remos that other classes have but tech can't buy via the webshop
But it did drop from tiamat in DLR b4 the update try there

It most likely applies to Cipher because I was able to get all the other weapons.

went for 1 quick run and i got terath orb and 2nd run having terath sword
