Donation problem!

It's becoming 4 days now. But still I haven't receive my credits. The load I used to pay for my credits were already deducted. It always say pending! What is happening please!

As I have told you even in the PM you sent me, you must contact SuperRewards regarding your donation issue. It's still pending but it lists up all the reasons what your transaction's delay could be caused by, including a possible software that is blocking your way or you've filled out something incorrectly. The best thing you can do is contact them to find more out about the problem you're facing.

 

I did! I did! I did! But no one is even paying attention. You and @Noyah telling me to wait, I'm waiting. I'm always waiting! But it's my money, I'm already frustrated about this.

 

Telling you to contact them doesn't equal to telling you to wait. Although I understand your frustration, another thread of this will not help because the issue is somewhere between you and SuperRewards, not the server.

 

Basically, I donate to SuperRewards and not in the server itself?

 

You donate through SuperRewards. It helps you with your transaction to the server.
