Marketplace has no delay to listing after Announcement​

Bug Description:

Marketplace should have a delay between the item announcement and the actual listing.

Pearl items should be listed 0-2 minutes after the global notification.
Other items should be between 10 to 30 minutes after global notification. (the max time for non pearl items is unknown. I've seen people mention that they waited 30min but can't really prove anything)
(these times were made random to avoid market snipers and market bots)
(I didn't go into bidding because I'm aware that it doesn't exist here)

I was ingame and just saw an item be announced. I rushed to the market and it had been sold already, when there should be a min 10min for the item to be available.​

15 to 20 min after que of item in Market place. but depends on your internet connection sometimes getting delay, fast internet win in snipping item.

 

you can buy a non pearl item 10 min into queue on retail. Also, it can go alot more than 20min.
I'm saying this on my experience alone but you can go around the internet and check other player reports to confirm for yourself.

The issue here is that when someone put an item on the marketplace, it get's listed instantaneously, no delay.
