BL stats were nerfed at the start of 5.3 patch.. the stats given by BL on 5.0 patch were a lot more powerful since the level reduction of stats were not implemented yet. But on 5.3 patch BL was nerfed to give way to Prime set.. in which it says that if you want PvP stats then go Prime set but will make you a Glasscannon and if you want more stats but lesser PvP stat then go BL

well i already got Prime set and weapon, now i think should accessories be prime as well , Anyway i watching the statuses on BL and am not realy sure if Prime is that good, but In the world sales politic more expensive better quality ,if am wrong ... however will be ok .
