1-those are not mastarius normal .. 2.those are not better than abg .... .no pvp def and only 5 slots .. ^ ^

Just what he said. the set is only better for PVE. For pvp nothing can beat Abyss items.

The items are in the database only someone forgot to update the item_sets.xml and set.java.
So you can't get the whole set at once but you should be able to add manualy

Not entirely true. I haven't tried for this set, but the corrupt judge set and another set I forgot the name of refuses to be created at all.

 

Veille items kindda sucks badly without sockets ...
