    Bug Name:
    NPC to escape jial is missing​
    Bug Description:
    When manually escaping the jail, the NPC that teleports you out is missing. Location of this NPC is usually here http://puu.sh/waWjt/8a3b42077d.jpg
    Also some of the Warders(Yellow cone around em) make you lose 1% XP when killed by them.    ​
