ERROR

I'm having trouble opening the game after the new update. Whenever I go to open, it begins to analyze the files and always of the error, exactly in the same file every time. I tried everything to repair, I already changed the launcher, I turned off the windows defender and firewall. I really do not know but what to do ...

 

You have to set exemptions in your antivirus/firewall/windows defender. Lately, they work even when turned off, especially defender and firewall. Also, some antivirus, such as avast for example, block gamez, even with it turned off. This is why you must set exemptions in all of them.

 

I managed to fix this problem!
But now when you are in the beginning to open the client, open an error with this message "Please, dear hacker, start the game of the initiator"

 

You have a hacking program/bot on your computer. remove it

 

What? I did not download anything illegal, I have no illegal program

 

The last couple of people that had that error, had programs that they said they were not aware were illegal. Fishing bot, for example, is not allowed. Basically, anything that changes the behavior of any part of the game.

 

The only programs I have open are: steam, windows defender, discord

 

Perhaps @Noyah would know your problem better. All I know, is that the others who had this error did have programs on their computer that were not allowed. I don't know if they had them running at that time or not.

 

I managed to fix my game!
I discovered that I was not starting my game by the correct executable, I was starting with GamezBDO.exe and not by the launcher

According to the screenshot you provided here you definitely launched the game through the launcher
