   Value pack not giving merv's palette​

   Bug Description:
   

   The value pack is not giving the unlimited merv's palette like it's supposed to. At least not for me.​

   How to reproduce/proof:
   

   Just open a value pack and see if the merv palette icon shows up and/or if you are able to use the merv palette in the dye tab.​
