Cleric Linked Stigma

Hey! I've been trying to test Summon Vexing Energy in PvE and PvP, and although it works fine in PvE it seems that in PvP the opponent gets the notification "Taunting Spirit inflicted enmity increase on you by using Taunting Spirit.", but the taunt effect doesn't work. I suppose most clerics know that already, but I believe that any Linked Stigma should be useful mostly for PvP and definitely not just for PvE. I would like to mention that on official servers the taunting effect works great in PvP aswel, so fixing the bug would surely spice up clerics' gameplay.

 

Well as I know it should gain the agroo of all the players so they can focus on the mob and no on you, but it's seem that doesn't work

 

Yeah, that's what it's supposed to do in fact but it's bugged here. Everytime I tried summoning it nothing happened. It would be a useful skill and I truly believe it should be fixed...

 

PVP now involves spell immunity, so I guess it isn't working here. But the first place that skill was introduced is specifically for PVE and it has lower probability/percentage in PVP. I was a cleric once, and never used that skill in PVP.

 

I never use it either, since it's bugged here. But on official servers the servant taunts the opponent and changes his target even during a duel. That's a pretty useful skill, especially since it can taunt up to 6 enemies and mess up their targets, while you have some seconds to restore hp before they target you again.

nahh you haven't seen it true nature ser.. in the retail server the spirit acts as a decoy in order for you not to be targeted.. the taunting level of the spirit is on par with the spirit enmity swap of SM's allowing you to delay combo skills.

 

It is somehow bugged on this server. Tho it is a useful tactical skill but I guess, they don't have the exact plan on fixing it. But who knows, maybe this will come onto their level and do something about it.

This should be something to reiterate of having a fruitful working Dev Team.

Agree!! that summon vexing is really useful. Especially in pvp when most of the enemies are targetting you.
