have a problem with login

    добрый день
    возникла проблема со входом на сервер
    вчера играл нормально пока не выбило,спустя некоторое время решил зайти появилась ошибка при входе [​IMG]
    [​IMG][​IMG]
    после этого появилась еще одна ошибка
    [​IMG][​IMG]
    в карантине антивируса файлов никаких нету а так же все ярлыки во всех папках игры есть

    Set exceptions to Black Desert Online folder in your antivirus/firewall/windows defender and try again.

    not helping antivirus didnt took anything from game folder
    all files are in
