Stuck on "Now processing" in character select

I just started having this issue today after being disconnected from the server.
I can't get past character select, it will hang on "Now processing" indefinitely. I've tried creating new characters and the same happens.
However, I created a new account and it works fine. Am I banned or what has happened to my main account?

 

Try logging into the gamezbd.com site and choosing characters, then choose rescue for the character that crashed. If you are stuck in game, this should help. If it does not, you will have to wait until the next server restart and should be able to log in then.

 

Thanks for the reply. I've just rescued the character and its locations been reset. The problem still persists... I guess I'll have to wait for server restart

 

Happened to me on Saturday for 12 hours. All of a sudden, I was able to login just before the server restart Saturday night. What's weird was, my character was not even stuck in game. I logged off on friday night, shut down my computer and went to bed. That's all I did prior to the "now processing" issue.

 

Odd. I don't think my character is stuck either, I just got disconnected from the server. I'll try again later today.

 

Yeah, I was hanging out in discord yesterday and there were at least a couple of people complaining about the "now processing for eternity" issue.

 

You are not banned but stuck. What is your character name?

 

My character is Veevi. I don't think it's the character's problem, because I tried creating a new character and the same happens.
However when I create a new account it works fine.

Can't really do much about it.

 

Yours is not even the same as mine, which is good. Even with a second account, I wasn't able to get on for 12 hours on saturday. I'm scared that it might happen again soon.

Try VPN, I have the same problem nearly a month ago, they made smth with client so i can login only with vpn turned on) Mb its some network settings or smth else , i dont know, but it works with vpn =) Tried to communicate with support, the said that cannot help=)
