need help!!!!

hello my dear GM:

i'm a player from china, sorry for my poor english, hope u can understand. the bug that i report which is when i go to kill karanda and kerzaka, the game suddenly goes like a slide, super lag so that i can't even move, everytime so hard to get boss weapons, i have played official server before, and i never got problem like this, so pls hope u can fix this bug, so we can play this server comfortably.

by the way, my graphic is GTX1060, ram 16G, shouldnt have this problem at least in lowest graphic setting.

as i know that most people have this problem also

 

There are more than 100 players at the same place. Try lowering your graphic settings, this should help.

 

i've set graphic lowest, but still wouldnt help. i'll try tonight and screenshoot for u the frame

@Noyah as u can see, this is my best to try, but the frame still doesnt help

 

What about your video card driver? Is it up to date?
Double check just to make sure:
Go to Start -> Search -> type Device Manager -> Display Adapters -> Right click on your video card -> Update Driver Software -> Search automatically for updated driver software.

I have the exact same video card, and am updating mine, as it has a new update as of yesterday. Have you tried updating the driver for it?

well, thanks for the concern, some times the newest video driver does not run the game stable, but i will try it today.
actually, i think there must be some GameZ server setting's problem to cause this "bug", because when i go to Heidel, the FPS still more lower than official servers, and every city and town in the game, there are more number of NPCs than official's , so it must be problems.

what's your computer configuration? do you think it is the computer problem?
