You can either buy the same weapon and restore it, or you can use memor|Artisian frags.. furthermore The same weapon|Gear would restore 10|20|30 Depends on rarity.

You can only use one to restore Max durability, Same Gear|Weapon, Artisian or Memory frags.

 

Not to get her confused but Artisan's Memory is a booster, not an item to repair another item. It multiplies the amount of repairs done by 3 depending on what grade of item you're repairing. For example, if you're repairing a grunil armor with another armor, that's normally +10 to durability. With artisan's memory, that becomes +30 durability.
