10/24 Patch Note Question

@Carl @Noyah @Kolka Got a question for you guys. What was happening before if you go over 5 stats? I asked this last night on Discord but there were just too many people talking and my question got buried.

Also, I wasn't even paying attention to this but how did you guys find out about the set bonuses not working? Was there a way to find out the numbers? I've been curious about this since coming back to BDO because in the asula set, you get +20 accuracy and I don't see the accuracy stat in my character info. Unless it's somewhere else...?

 

Apparently there was a bug that allowed people to stack a number bigger than 5 in your stats (when you check your profile).

Also, most of the stats are hidden: There is hidden AP, accuracy, evasion Damage resist. Then there are special attributes that you also can't see like: Type of damage (human, etc), multipliers (+crit damage, +back damage, etc) and finally the recovery stats.
To add to this, don't forget that awakening damage is also calculated with Awakening and main weapons' AP.

Note that when you see "Demihuman damage +10" it is just a number added to the way the damage is calculated as a sort of multiplier. So, in practical terms, the number means nothing to the average player. Pearl abyss just wants sheep playing the game, the type of HIGHER NUMBER IS BETTER (which is, but that wasn't the point).
