client game crashing

    after playing for about 15 to 20 minutes i get crash out of the screen without error message, someone please help me correct this situation

    I've had the same problem yesterday, I couldn't even get past character selection and the client crashed.
    Make sure your video card drivers are up to date. It has to work with no problems then.
    Go to Start -> Search -> type Device Manager -> Display Adapters -> Right click on your video card -> Update Driver Software -> Search automatically for updated driver software.

    Is your BDO game folder located in C drive? In case it is, move it to another drive and download the exe launcher: Click me
