Login issue -timeout-

Hello dear gamez , firs of all i want to thank carl and all the GM / DEV staff to make black desert gamez server the better and server to enjoy this game , since the gamez start wipe everything i noticed that everyday at morning at my time zone " west middle east " the itself kick me out and when i try to connect with one of my characters and it always says " the connection with the server has been lost " , as you its shows in the picture i am posting down below , i restart my pc and i even reset my connection multi times i scan my pc and i clean everything still the issue not fixed BUT i can only play the game from morning until its 8 pm in my time zone i asked all my guild mates they dont have the this problem and its really makes me VERY sad that my progress is slow and this login issue do make my time very limited so i miss a lot of things with my guild and bdo too i love gamez server so much so i want to solution for this problem , i am very pretty sure its not my connection prob nor it is my pc because i try to play other mmo on privet server they work normally i test and tried almost everything ( i could be wrong ) , so please i need to know 3 things :

1- i am the only one having this problem ?
2- is there anyway i could fix it ?
3- is the prob with gamez server since there are a lot of online players so the server cant handle too many players depend on their region ?

Note : the type of connection i am using is wifi ( WPA2 )

Since you said it is happening with one of your characters, have you tried with others and it connect without problem?
2nd: Sometimes Wi-Fi connections are too much stable and you loss some packets (Nerd mode Mode) I was having problems connecting through wifi and changed to wire.. and boom! it has been working for me until this day ~ if i couldnt help you hope someone else can ^^ Good luck!

 

i try all of them they gave me the same prob and yeah i heard wifi connection got a lot of probs i didn't believe them at first but now i do i am very simple girl so those complicated are too hard for me to understand them

 

Can you log in with another account? It's possible one of your characters is stuck and that's why you can't log in.
Create new account in case you don't have another one. If you are able to login with another account but with your current main account you can't, we can definitely rule out the possibility of connection issues.

I have same problem at certain time too i cant log in it kicked me out suddenly

 

Use the rescue function in the website, this should help if you are unable to login right after you have disconnected from the server.

 

I am also having the same problem. I can connect now but I can play just fine until yesterday. I also tried the rescue function but I'm still getting the error.

 

This should help in case you are stuck. If you have connection problems the function is literally useless.

 

i did that already, kolka said to do that, still same problem, even lareldal tried to unstuck me or move me its same problem. i can log in after few hours after i was kicked out

 

Are you still stuck? What is your character name?

 

i had no problem with my connection as well. i can access diferent game and had no connection issued, i doubt is also graphic issue cause its updated and it does not cause any problem like this in other games

 

I never said anything about graphics as it has nothing to do with that connection error.

 

WarChild i can now accesss the game but im guessing same problem will occur tomorrow, this is 3rd time in a row it happened to me since i started to play the game 3 days ago. it occurs on same time 2;00 am in reference of gamez time zone

lareldal told me that there might be a graphics issue

 

Just let me know if it happens again, perhaps a manual kick will help.
