Got recipt on email and the transaction went through on my card, but i haven't recieved my cash.. Via. Visa Debit Card

 

It can take up to 48 hours. It is usually right away or after a relog, or soon after, but if it's your first time, it can take longer.

it usually only takes me 4-6hrs but it can take 48 hours especially if this is your first donation, few things to check though, please check your bank account and make sure the money was taken out, sometimes it doesnt actually charge you and therefore the donation doesnt ever come through. if thats the case charge again, and wait up to 8hrs to respond here. If it did charge you and this is indeed your first donation then you may have to wait up to 48 hours for them to verify you, the next donation will be much faster.

 

To be honest, superrewards are so terrible provider. That system dont care about first or 20x donations, for me its takes up to 4-6 hours always, even i pay whit paypal,creditcard and etc. This is near a bank transfer and not a online payment, which must be almost in-time delivered. Btw, if u dont get the donation, u willl need to contact superrewards.

I think there will be best way to connect a paypal system to gamez, faster,safe, and most ppl have it.
