Help Please!!! Failed to connection

After installing the latest update, the game does not start "could not connect"
The game and launcher are reset three times (all configurations are deleted in the folder with the documents)
Antivirus and firewall are disabled,
No problem with the connection to the Internet, it is directly connected to the network cable

 

The fact that you are connected to the internet via a network cable doesn't necessarily mean that you have no problems with the connections. Restart your router/modem and let us know if the problem persists.

You didn't mention windows defender, did you set exceptions?

 

No router! the cable is connected directly! The problem was fixed by reinstalling the Windows operating system

 

Which is why I said router/modem.
