    Hi there! I guess Elite Arbiter/Principal/Proctor Items are way better than Arbiter/Proctor/Principal. You can acquire them using Abyss Points + a corresponding amount of specific Medals (IDK the name, LMAO).

    Hi there. There are good armors like Archdaeva Remodeled Armor Series. Every person in game has part(s) of every type of set. It can be obtained through the Atreian Calendar.

    The abyss item is need vip to trade. And rank needed to buy arb/principal item(s) is rank 5 or 100k abyss i think.

    Elite Arbiter/Elite Principals can't be obtained by General ranked above because it's disabled. The only way you could get EA/EP Sets is through webshop. 1k credit each part.
    Still no.

    - Arbiter/Proctor, Principal/Suzerain Sets are obtainable through abyss points and can be bought in both Marchutan's Priory & Kaisinel's Academy. You can get a whole set and weap in just 100K Abyss Points. You can freely enchant them to +15 using Omega Enchantment Stones. Enchanting it to +20 costs kinah (10m on +16, 20m on +17, 40m on +18, 50m on +19, 60m on +20, so more like, 180m kinah if it's consistent on being successful).
