How do i get past lvl9?

Hi everyone i am having a trivial problem here.
i just startet with the game and can't get past lvl 9 because i probably need to become a daeva first but here is my problem.
How do i become one? I tried teleporting in to Ishagen and do all the yellow quests (even that was a hassle because these
teleport guys only teleport you Ishagen wenn they feel like it) but the last quest, where i have to talk to munin won't appear.
and now i can't even teleport back to Pandaemonium because i bound myself on the Obelisk in Ishagen and the Teleporter says
that i am not ready to teleport somewhere.

So how do i get past 9?

Go to char selection screen, then come back in game.

Hello, after logging in for the first time with your newly created character you should automatically get to level 65 after choosing a class you want to play with . Now, you must have closed that class select window by mistake. You have two options, restart the client or simply relog and try again (it does work sometimes) or just create a new character and be more careful on entering with it for the first time.
