    2. Your inventory must be open to show you have the right materials and amount.
    - Some materials have the same image, in this case you will have to take two screenshots.
    3. Discard the materials you collected in exchange for the requested item.

    You clearly didn't read the rules, otherwise you wouldn't ask.
    Where is your process? Obviously you didn't start with 196 Huge Klaw Shells and 405 Gleaming Balauar Scale.
    Your final proof isn't final at all, you didn't discard the materials.

    I suggest you read the rules again before your next exchange or all your hard work will go down drain, again.
