Donate Problem!!!

    I donated 10K in Mol Points. I have been waiting for 3hrs now. But my Creds is still on 3k. Please Help I use a lot of money for this.. :(:(:(:(:(:(

    Usually, 24 - 36hours donation time allowance is needed for your credits to arrive. You can also try to contact your donation system provider for more information.

    I always donate in Mol Points but I it only take 30 min to arrive. but now i don't know what to do.. I can report this you know if no one will help me.. :mad::mad::mad:

    Well, the first option you have is to contact your donation system provider. Try contacting MOL and present them your problem.

    It's already been sent by Mol Points but my problem is my creds in website.. I always buy in mol points I don't have a problem 15-30 mins it always send fast. Mol Points dont have a problem but the website do.. You know that the website have many errors or prob. the same with the game right.. I was mad because of 10 mins to vote. that's why i dont vote anymore because of that. I can't really play everyday. I'm a busy person.. I'm still mad you know..:mad:

    I use mol points to donate.. it's almost 24hrs but my creds is still low.. please all the ADMIN here help me.. I'm going nuts.. If you make a game please make sure that's there is no error or prob in game or website..

    Unbelievable.... :mad::mad: I don't have the time for that i just have one week off.. after that I can't play again for months.. This is stupid...

    I can't trust this game, for the first time I have experience this. other games work 100% they have no problem.. You don't know how many months I save my money just to have credits and buy item in this game.. I don't know if you really know how to program.. I'm sorry but you don't know how much angry I am right now...

    We do feel your frustration but we are being systematic here. GamezAion cannot take action on this matter unless MOL donation system confirms functional terms on their end.

    Again, being indignant cannot solve this problem.

    I don't care... Just let them eat that 10k.. how many times will I explain that it already sent? This is not a gaming kind of game this is what you call stealing. you can fix an error how about stealing? can you fix that...

    What is the status of your donation? If it shows Pending then you will have to wait until the transaction is done as it's still in progress.
    Log into gamezbd.com -> Donate -> Get Cash -> Get Help

    Posting those scrceenshots publicly is really not something you should do.
    However. Your screenshot did show the transaction as pending. Meaning you need to contact that processor company...as I have already stated.

    I'm not sure why you wish to be so argumentative.

    I have offered you the best resolution that we can offer you in this situation. However, your refusal to proceed with the steps that it requires to actually assess if you have in fact sent a donation or not makes me err to the side of you have not and your frustration is in that we are not simply complying with what you say and give you how ever many credits it is that you deem you donated for. While yes it can be understood that there are some frustrations if you did donate and I can be sympathetic to them. The issue here is that you are not going about this in any way shape or form correct.

    Blaming Gamez here for something that I have explained in what you need to do, is not really the best way to resolve your issue is it now.

    As your screenshots show, they are in the Pending status. Meaning it is pending, if you require assistance with the issue then there is this green coloured help button next to the transaction.
    There is also more that would be required, as I did say if you do not remember, or did not bother as it shows here to follow the instructions that I gave in my first post to this thread.

    You need to see what the issue is with the processor. We do not process the credits until they finish with their processing, and then at that point as I have already said we will continue this in a PM.
