Bug Description:

Latest Update say that we only can downgraded a Main Weapon Enchant +15 Above

But I Losing all my Enchant on Armor By -1
-TRI Ultimate Heve > DUO
-TET Dim Armor > TRI
-TET Muskan Shoes > TRI
-TET Bheg Gloves > TRI
-DUO Kzarka Gaunt > PRI
-PRI Leather Vambra > +15

I Have 171 AP | 165 Awk AP | 299 DP
I Will Give Screenshoot of my gear that Downgraded
For Mainhand downgraded i don't care because i was only using DUO

But The Latest Update didnt say about Armor Downgrade too !
So i wear my TET Armor and it was downgraded like ooouuw they didn't mention this ..

I Need some Compensation for this​

How to reproduce/proof:

I Just went to Polly for Clearing my Karma but i killed by the Twinkle Mushroom with godly aspd
( Handicapped due neg karma)​

Any Response for this ? At Least you Know that on Patch Note Update ( 20 January 2018 ) it's Written
"Can lose enchant ON Main weapon if enchanted above +15"

Does that mean it's Specific Part of Gear Which is Main Weapon ? ( In My case it's Kzarka Gauntlet )
but Why it's Degrade my Whole Equipment ? ( Armor , Offhand weapon as well )

Please Kindly Check Database or test it self if they really Degrade or not , and also take this as bug report if you really setting it drop enchant for main Weapon only ( not Whole gear )

First of all , I'm Sorry For Tagging you Guys Again , and @Carl
We need your Confirmation about this , @Lareldal @Kolka And @Noyah are Telling me to Asking your Permission for Item Replacement .

And
At Least Give us a Reply or Something About Testing the bug We Found , if it's a bug or it's not ( positive or negative )
i also looking at other thread , they are looks like Abandoned .. Without any active communicating admin / mod , it's like Dead place
just incase if new people going to play and seeing the forum first for review ( like what i always do before playing and looking the server review from forum )
they will thinking the game didn't managed well and dead

Please Communicate More With your Player , we Know you guys might been busy but its not like replying takes a whole time of your day

have you guys thinking to get a positive review from player like "Oh in Gamez they are having Active and communicative Management that always taking care their server well"
Rather than
"Oh Gamez Management are worst , they didn't even care with the player report . Looks like a dead game / Server"

I Just asking for Compensation and reporting bug as well , but since it's hard to get your attention so made this wall of text.
anyway just take this as criticism and suggestions from your player that still Enjoying your service if you are thinking i am bothering much about your work

I just assumed it's everything when they patched it up because.... "gamez". Also, on retail, everything degrades except the accessories. I don't know if the the items here go lower than +15 though.

 

But They are Pretty sure just impletementing it now , and They are Mention Degrade ON Main Weapon Which is Specific Part of Gear
at least people are thinking its only on Main Weapon not whole of your gear

 

That's why i said "because.... gamez" Do yourself a favor next time, and i'm saying this for the others as well, don't trust the patch notes right away. Do some testings, see what works and doesn't work. Then report it here.
