Solved send log probleme

hello i play yesteday in aion without probleme since a "send lod" who disconected me from the game.
i restart the game, but every time, when i arrive to the select character page i have a send log and i always logout from the game
i have many account in gamez aion and since yesterday night i have this "send log" probleme only in this accont
some one can help me please tks

i can't log any character, i have the send log before i can log a character, just when the page appear the game crash, and only with this account, cause actually i play on an other who work perfectly

 

please someone can explain to me the probleme , the game crash every time i arrive at the characters page and only in this account , i just need to finish 2 quest
