T9 Awakening

Hello, so here is my problem:
I tried to awaken my t8 courser, this morning i got another fail but my failstack got back to 0
Wtf is happening ?

 

You can see these decimal can't be on the first try. Please help me.

 

I believe that it is explained in the description of the awakening window at the very bottom:
"Despite using Cron Stones, decimal training rates will be lost if you fail at awakening."

Alright I might not have understood your question entirely since I have not had the pleasure of trying what you are attempting but it just jumped out at me when I read the whole description.

I will explain a little further the way it works.
To awaken you horse you have to reach 200% training, by giving 1 appropriate item in strengh / elegance / skill to gain 1%, so 200 item minimum ( if you go further 100% in each dicipline it's 0.5% for 1 item )
Then you try you'r first awakening, you have 1% to succed= impossible.
Now if you used Cron Stone, you don't go back to 0% but to 100%, and the 'Increase Awakening Rate go +1
It mean for the next try, you will have to go from 100% training to 200% ( Minimum 100 item ) and you have now 1% base chance +1% failstack to succed = 2% impossible also
And you have to go further and further to have a 'decent' chance to succeed.
On retail it's between 12-25 failstack. It mean 1300 horse awakening item + 1100 cron stone to 2600+2400 cron stone.

The decimal part only mean i should have 50.0 and 49.0 and not 50.2 49.7 (negligible)

My problem is i lost the failstack for a unknow reason, and lost a lot of time farming the awakening item and money buying the cron stone for nothing.
I would understand if it was official than it's not working like it should, but the premium benefit state this:

• Greatly Increased T9 Horse Acquisition Rate

I'm assuming horse awakening is not bugged.
If a GM can help me please it would be appreciated.

 

If i understand correctly, even with gear, failstacks are not gained when using cron stones. It only prevents loss of enchantment/level. I've also been told by several people that failstacking in general is not working with this. Namely, most people are not gaining failstacks at all when failing at awakening their coursers.

 

Okay my bad, hope you figure this out soon.

 

Cron stone for horse awakening don't work like gear, they are only here to replace 100 stonetail fodder / deep blue hoof root / etc ( horse awakening item ) = instead of starting over from 0 to 200 you start from 100 to 200% )
But anyway, so it's normal we cant failstack like it should for horse awakening ?
And if it's normal, we are supposed to try only with 1% chance to succeed every time ?
And a last question, what does this mean in number:

This means that instead of 1% chance of success in awakening the t9, premium membership gives 5% chance of success. Fail stacking is supposed to work with this, but I believe it is bugged, as nobody is getting fs at all with it. I will move this thread to bug reports so it can receive the proper attention it needs from @Carl ,@Kolka and the other devs.
