Having problems recovering my account

Hi,

I played on this server for some time a while ago pretty much when the first expansion came out.
Whenever I try to reset my password it says it sends it to my email but I never get the recover password email. I know the system still has my account because it says it sends it and whenever I try to sign in with what I think the password was it says wrong password and not no account under this name. Because I tried an account I know wasn't registered here and it gave me that message that the account didn't exist. any help appreciated. will post some details if requested.

update I tried to send a recovery password to my email a third time and instead of it saying successfully sent it says to contact GamezAion Staff

I guess the registred email isn't hotmail nor gmail, am I right? I have encountered the same problem in the past. Sometimes it may take up to few hours to receive the mail.

Give it some time, I'm pretty sure you will receive the mail sooner or later

type in my email and the recover password says "Your request could not be completed, please contact GamezAION staff. [2]"

 

In case you already managed to send a link to reset your password, be patient, sometimes it takes a little longer to receive the mail.
