Massive delays and disconnection

    Hi, I can't play the game, I can login properly, while logged in I can move my character for a while but I cant open my mails, Marketplace it is blank due to delays, the chat jumps, and after a while I will get disconnected. My local connection is fine and local servers nearby, tried pinging to gamezbd server here is the tracert

    The BDO server ip it s 50.28.39.237 if you want to tracert, not the website. Im not playing , but as far i do know you issue can be due to this, so go to the settings, and disable the seeding

    Maybe try mudfish? I'm not at home to run a tracert to see if gamez servers are taking that long to ping. Where are you connecting from? Also if you have a VPN try turning it off and trying again? Otherwise I don't know what to tell ya. Good luck.

    never did use VPN before, may because I was in Altinova?

    Possibly. Apparently there is an issue with Altinova from what I've read that causes high data issues for whatever reason. Test at a different area and see if you get the same results.
