    Magic tools are just shining tools that have a bit faster gathering speed. The drop rate for magic and lucky tools have been disabled according to Kolka. He said it's throwing off weird rates and it's messing up the game.

    Yes between shinning and magic no diff, but how about those normal tools that you can buy straight from npc?
