everytime i run GamezBD Launcher there's always a popup message like:

can't find http://play.gamezbd.net/launcher/files/bin64/xc/na/x3.xem on update host!

or another files with same message, after i click the OK button my gamezbd launcher freezing and crash,
sometimes when i click OK everything just fine and i can login to server without problems.

can someone help me with this? because i have to relaunch and relogin many times just to get login in server

    Hello User,
have you tried the following step from the Errors and Solutions Post? > http://forum.gameznetwork.com/threads/gamezbdo-errors-and-solutions.210464/

    14. C:\Program Files (x86)\GamezBD Launcher\GamezBDO.exe is not a valid Win32 application
Not a valid Win32 application generally means the file itself is corrupted.
Download the .exe launcher version and replace it with your current one: Click to download

I am a fairly new player to your copy of BDO. I created an acct and finally after jumping through hoops, got the game to play for about -- two hours, yesterday. Then there was a server restart, and since then, I cant get it to run, at all. I have restored my computer to four days ago (prior to installing anything gamez related) -- Ive installed/uninstalled launcher and bdo files, deleted doc files, everything I can think of. What is happening is this:
I open launcher, log into acct, hit start. Game does the initial (launcher sized) box, then it tells me that its minimizing launcher to sys tray -- and this is where normally, the full size game screen would come up -- but nothing happens. Ive even waited 'just in case' -- but nothing happens. Yet, if I try again, it tells me to close current -- upon which, when I then open task manager, I find that it shows the gamez as if its running, as well as bdo as if it is running -- yet in truth, neither are doing anything.
Yes, Ive made sure the firewalls all allow everything. My retail bdo runs perfectly normally. I'm running Win10. Everything is current, no pending updates of any sort, not even for razer or nvidia. I'd like to play -- Please. any direction or insight would be appreciated.

-Set exceptions for Black Desert Online folder in your antivirus, firewall and windows defender.
-You may need to run a force check (Click on settings in upper right corner, you'll see a force check option).
