Pearl Refund

    Hello, I was wondering if I could get a pearl refund on a item. I believe it has been less than 48 hours.

    May want to provide more details.
    • Did you pay for the pearls with real money or used the complementary pearls?
    • What is the item in question?
    • character name?
    • reason for the refund?
    As pearls are given out for free every 30 minutes its highly unlikely you will get a refund unless there was a bug involved in the transaction.

    Refunds aren't given unless you purchased something from the pearl shop and never received the item (it has to be confirmed via player' database).

    what if i purchased one of the new horse training boxes i had selected a horse outfit i wanted, i did not confirm that i was giving me the set thought it was glitched out like the text, but i am missing the outfit.

    So this bundle that has the train all skills for horse, it allows you to select a costume for the horse. I did not get the costume but i got everything else in the bundle.
