Lost Cash on purchase?

So I tried to resolve this issue yesterday with Noyah but he just disappeared, okay so problem is I guess I'll have to repeat my self again.. I bought cash 5000 in total and when I received in-game I pressed refresh and all that money was gone so Noyah has all the pictures and proof of my screenshot details and stuff but he left with the last message saying he has to talk to ''Carl'' to resolve this issue who is carl and why is none helping me to get my purchase resolved? I purchased that cash before yesterdays server restart.

 

Carl is the admin. If @Noyah said she needs to talk to @Carl , trust that she will and be a little patient as she awaits the answer for you

I am just afraid to buy more cash now so that it wouldn't disappear so they kind of losing money I guess from me

 

Sorry for the delayed response. Since the pearl shop was temporarily down due to an update, we received several complaints about the same problem. It will take us a few hours to find out exactly what happened with your cash.
I will keep you informed.
