    it occur when I press my char and it didnt load any animation :(

    I don't think it is a problem of just that char, since it literally doesn't tell in which map you are. You may have something wrong about GA files.
    About the question i made, i meant if that happened on the first and same time/day you've downloaded and installed the game...or just suddenly happened that (without you modified anything on your GA folder).

    Hello, update your Video card to Control Panel> Display Adapters > Right click on your video card > Update Driver > Search automatically for updated driver software
