Hello .. i was banned from discord .. can u help ..

i have played your BDo servers for like 6-8 months .. an 2 weeks back ddos attack ... i couldn't even log or play .. for a whole week i jsut kept logging in and dc after the servers were moved ... i kept asking for help .. kola said nothing i can do about it ... servers were moved ask carl... carl - he linked me some dns ip .. which dint work either .. after then kept replying 2 him dint work ... - no response from him .. frustrated ... and agiatetd i coldnt log or play my char for a whole week .. i typed in Discord - Selling my Games BDo account with all t4 pets etc etc .. - next second insta ban ..... so .. thats the whole story ... if u can help me lift this ban it will be helpfull i bought a vpn 2 play ... .. and have been donnater on bdo frequently .. i would jsut liek 2 experience my gaming back .. so would be much helpfull if u could lift my ban _ Discord Name - AdamJenson . thx ..
