Kinah VANISHED! GM HELP!

hey there!

I had nearly 40b (around 39.8b) and I logged out, later I logged in and I had exactly 20b left!! Wtf is this!!

I don't have a to recent SS but I do have one when I traded with somebody and at that time I had 30b+!!

This was my last trade and after it I had 37.5b!! Later I sold some in broker which brought me to 38.5b!!

Since Brynette Pmed me but she never comes online to help me, or direct me to somebody else. I started this thread again! This contains an issue of 20b and loads of hard work!

Would appreciate if SOMEBODY would look into this! Been 2 - 3 days now.

 

do u had more then 30b on one char ?
if yes - its gone coz there is a script deleting kinah if u are on more then 30b on 1 char

 

I know the whole issue. Had 40b on my char for nearly 2 days and logged out and in several times, no problem. This was just suddenly.

And yes, I also closed the game. Im sick of it, this is my 3rd thread and still nobody sticks out a single finger to help me with this MAJOR issue!!

U know how hard it is to make 20b?!

 

If you dont know yet gms are not going to ever refund your money read all the other threads almost all gms / admins who answer say NO REFUND get that thru your head. You had over 30bil you got lucky for those 2 days but having over 30b puts you back to 20b abunch of people made a thread about going to 20bil again the gms and admins said they cant refund . use the search button next time.

Already told you a GM PMed me and Im still waiting for her to help me, but maybe this thread would motivate her for responding or even helping.

SInce this is not a fault of my own but a fault of theirs, I might get my money refunded since I have solid proof, and they can check their database.

So shut the crap next time ****ing retard, and come up with some support which I need atm!

Hundreds of people have their kinah removed every day on this server, its a bugg and kinah won't be refunded.

Why does this keep happening to everyone, including me? It's disturbing to think that we can't make money and if we do, it disapears. Are there any plans to fix this bug? I think that it is quite unfair to say that kinah will not be refunded, esspecially if you have an SS to prove your loss! I enjoy this server very much, but unfortunately is seems as though there are more bugs then fun. I have one character that can go out and grind, do quests, sell things and if I log her out she loses everything and has 0 kinah when I log her back in with in seconds, Another character can make money through farming elders and log out, and lose all her kinah except what I get if I vote with her. I just don't understand why this bug isn't being looked at and fixed. I don't dupe, wouldn't know how. I once had over a bil in my inventory, lost it and now I have to bust my butt to make more kinah but I have to trade everything to my merch to sell so I don't lose the kinah. I worked hard to make my kinah legally, and I lost it! I would just say screw it and start a new account but, this is my premium account and I don't want to lose that, which I paid Real Life money for! Plus I have good armor worth billions on my characters on this account, and I don't want to lose everything I have worked so hard to get.

If it is a bug then fix it! Seriously, it's making the server go to crap if you ask me, I barely want to play anymore because things keep disapearing from my inventory. It's crazy. This all started for me just after labor day weekend. Tuesday the 7th to be exact, and has kept happening since then. I have asked to have this looked at, and Carl did the first time, but now he is ignoring me, and I feel like he is ignoring all of us. No, I don't buy credits because financially I am strapped, but in the past I did buy. Either way, I shouldn't have to buy to get good customer service. I guess if I hadn't met the fun people in my legion, I would have found another server to play on by now and said screw this! But I enjoy the people that I have met and I enjoy the community. Sadly other than that, I feel like we are just being left behind on a very unstable server to fend for ourselves.

Just my feelings... and I must say they are hurt feelings.... How depressing it is to send a private message to the man who runs the server and to be ignored.

 

U think ur vanished kinah its so bad thing? I logged in an all my characters except my main are DELETED. Plus my main was lvl55 full and now its on training ekip at lvl 7 O.O!!
